Shipping policy

Where we ship
IRBN ships from Ireland to Ireland, the UK, the EU, the United States and the UAE. If you're outside these regions and would like to place an order, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of purchase. Once dispatched:

  • Ireland: 2-3 working days
  • UK: 3-5 working days
  • EU: 3-5 working days
  • United States: 7-10 working days
  • UAE: 5-7 working days

Customs clearance can add time to orders outside the EU. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping applies on orders over the following amounts:

  • Ireland: €100
  • EU: €150
  • UK: £150
  • United States: $200
  • UAE: €200

Import duties and taxes
EU and Ireland: All taxes are included in your order, so there is nothing further to pay.

UAE: Orders of €100 or more ship with taxes and duties paid, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Orders under €100 may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

UK and United States: Orders are shipped from Ireland and may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. The United States no longer operates a duty-free threshold for low-value imports, so duties apply to US orders regardless of order value.

If you refuse or fail to collect an order because of customs charges, return shipping costs and any fees incurred are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking information once it ships. UAE orders are sent tracked and signed, so someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
