Shipping policy

IRBN ships from Portugal.

EU Delivery Standard delivery 3–5 working days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order tracking You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking information when your order ships.

International shipping We currently ship within the EU only. If you are outside the EU and would like to place an order please contact us at hello@irbnaked.com.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
